After more than 10 years helping clients grasp the key challenges of digital transformation, she now joined Oracle to manage a team of 30+ creative people to design unique experience for clients and help them project themselves with Oracle as a best partner. She is bringing a full set of skills around change management, digital strategy, design thinking and more broadly the place of art to unveil and embrace transformation within companies and very proud to link the creative world with Tech in her day to day job.

She previously joined the Boston Consulting Group in Paris to open and manage the new Immersion Center in May 2018, that opened its doors three months later. Thanks to the success of paris, she took the Global Lead of this program with 4 centers across the world in Paris, New York, Silicon Valley and Shenzhen.

Laura Ghebali is specialized in digital transformation of companies. With her experience as an entrepreneur and researcher, she is determined to show the impacts of this new era in a concrete and playful way. Originally from the financial sector, she quickly started to get interested in the domain of new technologies. She likes the dynamics of this field and the strong spirit of collaboration. She is not particularly fond of IT technologies,  but her passion is to decrypt how this changing world deeply changes the traditional processes, habits and the interactions between people. Laura is deeply convinced that digital is only useful if it is complementary to traditional way of working. In order to keep control, it is essential not to get overwhelmed by new usage and understand their mecanisms and evolutions instead.

Immerse yourself to understand. A conviction that she developped  at a very young age as she accumulated various experiences that nourished her creativity in New York and Paris. Trading, Spanish and French tour guide at the Museum of American Finance at Wall Street, content strategy developer in luxury travel agency…Pedagogy helped her in conveying, telling and enriching her knowledge. She obtained a bachelor in Economics and Finance and came back to France to get her double degree at EDHEC Business School. Just as in the U.S.A., she picked a path that allows her to combine studies and professional experiences.

She started developing pedagogical workshops for more than 12 countries for Microsoft International and continued to flourish in an international environment, that henceforth makes up a part of her now. While sharing her convictions worldwide, she immersed herself into the world of the digital transformation and transmitted her knowledge to Microsoftees in practical workshops.

‘’The digital transformation is before anything a topic that touches humans. Helping teams from four corners of the world in finding solutions to their challenges while adapting to their cultures and their way of thinking is exciting!’’

To deepen her knowledge, she started a doctoral degree while being a strategic planning consultant for the digital agency Else & Bang. Conscious of how hard it can be to fully understand the stakes of the digital transformation and its impact on the daily life of all people, she disrupted traditional classes as a teacher : she developped an immersive format on the evolution of content in the different media industries at Sciences Po and La Sorbonne : MOOD is born ! (Massive Open Online Disruption). In a nutschell, this format drove more than 150 students, from four countries, 35 professionals, a Facebook group with more than 500 members, ten podcasts and publications on Medium.
